News | 2nd SDSA Open Postponed to June 7th 2020 due to Corona Virus Outbreak!

Selangor | The 2nd SDSA Malaysia Open DanceSport Championship 2020, scheduled to take place in HELP University Subang 2 on 29th February has been postponed due to the outbreak of Corona-virus (Covid-19). As the Corona-virus outbreak continues to take lives all around eastern Asia and around the world, our association has made the strenuous decision to postpone our national ranking event to 7th of June 2020 that is expected to have more improved situation.

The postponement of the Championship was not an easy decision to make, it is therefore regrettable that the Championship has been postponed however we feel this is the correct course of action at this time. The well-being of our athletes, members, supporters, spectators and all involved is always our absolute priority, To all involved, we sincerely apologize for any inconveniences caused. Our association will reimburse the change of flight cost and fare changes to all athletes and judges (only), excluding the supporters of athletes that have purchased flight tickets for the 2nd SDSA Malaysia Open DanceSport Championship before 15.02.2020 (Saturday).

Last but not least, our association deeply appreciate your understanding and look forward to have you still participating in our championship on 7th of June 2020.
