News | President and Vice President Resignation; New Board Committee Appointments

SELANGOR| – Selangor DanceSport Association(SDSA) announces that on April 9th, 2020, Ivy Por resigned from her position as the President of SDSA and Chua Zjen Thak resigned from his position as the Deputy President of SDSA, followed with appointment of Che Xin Nee (President), Lam Hong Woh (Deputy President) and Ng Jia Yi (Treasurer) as new board committee of SDSA. Former president Ivy Por has announced "stepping down" effective from April 9th due to other work commitments and Chua Zjen Thak also having to leave post due to commitment difficulty caused by frequent travelling but both remaining as a committee member within Board of Committee to continue serving and engaging in operations of SDSA. The board thanks Ivy and Zjen Thak for their dedication and service throughout year 2019-2020. Followed with newly appointed board committee of SDSA, Che Xin Nee who was the former treasurer of SDSA throughout year 2019-2020, with her successful service she has subsequently been promoted as the current President of SDSA along with assistance by newly appointed deputy president, Lam Hong Woh. Lam Hong Woh who has been appointed as the deputy president and Ng Jia Yi appointed as the treasurer have both proved great devotion since they have joined as committee members. The Boards reviewed and approved the newly appointed board of committee. SDSA welcomes the new executive committees and vows to continuously bring progressive transformation for the association.
